The hotel, located close to the downtown area, is less than a 10-min walk from the city centre, the cathedral and the Tarn river. It has its own, free parking; there's also a lounge and outdoor terrace, and at the reception you can order simple dishes. Room is relatively spacious, with tea and coffee facilities (electric kettle), wifi, a desk, two chairs, good lighting and a silent air conditioning. Our room on the parking side was quiet. Convenient location, close to exit road east to the D999. Good value for money. This was our second stay here, we would be happy to return on occasion.

This hotel/hostel is inside the Montserrat monastic complex, which is an enormous advantage, as you step out of the hotel and right into the monastery sights (if you have a car, you may park it at the complex’s parking lot – paid but very convenient, also very safe, it has camera surveillance). This is a no-frills place, simple but with all the important things a short-time traveller needs: a sparkling clean room and linens, private bathroom (only with no soap and shower gel, no big deal, bring your own), heating in winter, hot water. Very quiet. Our room had a view to the monastery. There is a communal kitchen on the basement. The reception staff are polite and extra helpful. Good value.

We liked the location, just a short walk to the center of Albi. It was clean, quiet, comfortable. We liked the outdoor terrace and landscaping. We liked that there was a kettle to make tea.

The staff were extremely helpful and quick to ask if we needed anything. Service was very good. We enjoyed the breakfast. Ideally situated for walking into the centre. The air conditioning was a life saver as the heatwave had begun and was 40 degrees C outside but very comfortable in the room.

Was very quiet and comfortable, it even has a kettle and enough to make a cup of tea or coffee. Breakfast was good and the location and parking is an added benefit

Breakfast was good. Food was fresh. The room was quiet, and felt very secure. Parking was easy. It was very close to the centre of town. Would definitely book again.

Confortable and clean. We had to wait a few minutes to check in (to be fair, we arrived ten minutes before official check in time), but no problem really, as the hotel is very close to the city center, so we took a walk to Albi and returned later. Easy check-in procedure, although, do be prepared to show some proof of covid status. Free citris scented shower gel/shampoo in the bathrooms, and hot water kettle and supplies for 2 cups of tea..very nice detail. Large TV and wifi. The stay at the hotel was great, and worth the money if even just to avoid having to find and pay for parking within Albi. Thanks Capanile Albi Center.
